Why does it hurt to insert a tampon?

Ohkaay, so ive had my period about 5 times and ive been using tampons for them for my last 2 periods. When i put the applicator in, i feel a tiny bit of pressure. Can I take legal action against my lettings agent?

I moved in to a house about a week ago, when I signed the contract it said the house was in a clean condition and the inventory only noted one or two minor issues, e.g. indentations on the stair carpets where previous tenant had a stairlift. However I moved into to find the house completely filthy, mould in some places which was omitted during the viewing and inventory. The house was dirty during the viewing but I told the estate agent it needed cleaning prior to moving in, when I signed the paperwork as it mentioned the property was in a clean state I thought it had been done. I've complained to the agent who has finally said, after trying to shirk any responsibility, that the landlord will release me from the tenancy provided that I continue to pay rent for up to 12months until new tenants are found and my deposit will be withheld until so. Can I take legal action as I feel that I signed the contract under false pretences as I would not have signed had I known the state the property was still in and the lettings agent took money under false pretences, also I wonder how hard the agent is going to try and find new tenants when I have to pay the rent for up to a year or until new people move in. Any advice please?

My toes appear to have a problem.?

I have been worried about some trouble in my toes for the past few days. It all started when one of my toe nails had what looks like red mark on it. It wasn't really all that much of a problem so I ignored it. A few days later while I was on a walk, I felt my large toe and my second toe rubbing against each other and the sock which resulted in a burning sensation and I soon returned home and took off my shoes and socks and checked the foot. How to wake up an angry sleeper?

Fake tanner peeling problem?

I have used only one fake tanner my whole life and with my bad luck I picked jergens that not only is greasy but it turned me orange. Ramadhan is a Holy month, we keep fasts, give money to charity. This month helps us change to be better Muslims, the ones that do drink (really shouldn't) have to stop at least 40 days before otherwise their fasts won't be accepted nor their prayers. The Mosques be very busy during the month of Ramadhan with all 5 prayers especially at night for Taraweeh prayer. Men should pray at home while women pray at home, but women can go pray at the Mosque if they choose to. I can't wait 5-6 weeks left :) fasts are closed before sunrise and opened when it gets darks, will be harder as we're going in to summer, will be like this for a few years. But like every year it's a challenge and I love it, such a peaceful month, wish every month could be like this.

Chances of getting disability?

I cut 3 of my fingers off 2 years ago with a table saw, and I have little movement in those 3 fingers. All the cartilage in my right knee is gone. the joint in my knee is rubbing against bone. The reality is that there is a lawlessness plaguing Vancouver, Canada, developed and encouraged by Vancouver society on all levels, a great pretence that Greater Vancouver and the BC government have been covering up for generations. Those who showed shock that such things do not happen there are probably amongst the many who turn a blind eye to bullying, unruly youthful behaviour and the like. They are encouraging this in school yards and work places and they call it multiculturalism. My family and many others have fled BC and Greater Vancouver because it has become a nasty place to live and it is not isolated to one ethnic group, but is rampant across the board. Not only has the Vancouver nasty nature been revealled now, but the lack of security and defence of average good people was clear. The police were not prepared. All the signs of trouble were there years ago, long before the previous riots. Greater Vancouver has shamed Canada in front of the world, so now the world knows the truth. Riots and demonstrations there are not uncommon. If this type of aggression and nasty bully attitudes are allowed to continue to rot in Greater Vancouver, it will spread and this is a risk to Canadian security. It is obvious that Greater Vancouver is not able to control its young people or defend the innocent. My son could have been killed and he feared for his life! Shipping problems with the Car Dealership?

My husband and I just bought a brand new car from a dealership here in the US. Before we signed ANY paperwork my husband told them that he was in the military we were moving out of the country to Germany in a few months (we have USAA) and would Nissan have a problem with us shipping it. They assured us there would be no problems and up until today (2 months later) Nissan reps have been telling us the same tho now they are saying that because it was leased they won't allow it to be shipped out of the country. So here we are, out a $6,000 deposit and monthly payments, and we can't ship the car they assured us could be shipped. Can we give the car back and demand a refund of our money since they sold us the car under false pretenses? What are our rights in this situation? Every time we have called the dealership and told them we were hitting any snags they kept saying they would work on it and make sure it could be shipped and admitted they remembered telling us we could ship it.

So I had this really big zit on my nose and me, being the idiot I am picked at it. I woke up and there was a disgusting scab. I have no idea what to do about it.
