My ex won't seem to leave me alone..?

Okay so, my ex has hurt me SO much.. And I kinda broke it off between us and a couple days ago, he got a gf and was like rubbing it in my face. It hurt a bit but I didn't show it to him. So i don't know.. Then he kept texting me saying how he misses me and stuff.. But the things he said to me.. Cannot be taken back.. And I REALLY wanna get over him but it's not helpin when he won't stop texting me.. what should i do? I told him to delete my # and he won't D:
