According to the Church of the FSM, homosexuality isn't condemned. Could I get married to a woman now?

Sure--it just won't be a legally recognized marriage with legal benefits. Even if a person gets married in a Christian church it has to be by a legally ordained representative and they have to sign papers and everything or the ceremony isn't legally binding.
