Does anyone have an idea to decrease religious tension between Christians, Jews, and Muslims in Jerusalem?

My idea is to turn the site of the old temple into a neutral complex with all three houses of worship within it, in other words it would be a plaza with a Church, a Mosque, and a Synagogue in the same sacred area and believers of all three religions would have full access
