How many Atheist groups operate food banks, bring in free medical care vans etc?

My church does these things without ever passing an offering plate, tithing is between the individual and God. As a result, tithing is healthy and pays for these public services to the homeless and needy in our area. It seems to me Atheists are just very angry people protecting what is theirs under some pretense that Christians are out to get them! Believe what you want but why not band together and help someone else for a change?
